Accordingly, VCL Solutions delivered a tailored 3-day Whole Brain® Facilitation Skills- Train the Trainer program, the attendees learned the essential skills to transfer knowledge to adult learners in a way that is educational, interesting, and interactive! They were equipped with the needed tools to direct, coach, and assist new and current employees to set, plan, and achieve their goals.
